Wow! Made the appointment yesterday. The tech (Will) was out today and he listened, diagnosed, and communicated back to me so effectively. Really, really impressed. At this point, I’m confident that he will resolve the issues with our A/C.

Will arrived to diagnose the problem and give recommendations to solve our issues. Then Cade come to give us price points and options available with no pressure. He seemed genuine and just wanted to get us the right system for our needs. The very next day Conner along with another technician arrived to do the install. This entire crew was very professional,knowledgeable,clean cut,easy to talk to and true to their word. I was very impressed with the people at Indianola Mechanical!

Easy to create appointment online and prompt follow up with a phone call to finalize details. Appreciated the call & text in advance to confirm availability. Arrived on time and was thorough in the work & provided practical options for us.

Chris called before showing up giving me a time frame on when he was coming and showed up right on time.  Got the problem addressed right away and currently working out a plan to get it fixed. I would like to add the woman that answered my call the day before was very polite, understanding and helpful!!

Matt and his team were helpful and informative. Also fast and clean. New water heater installed in under 2.5 hours from when he showed up, and that includes driving to the shop and back with a new 40gal tank!

Joe did an amazing job putting in our new water heater today. He found, reported & is fixing vent hood connection that was originally connected on by duct tape vs. aluminum foil tape. Very thankful for Indianola Mechanical and their employees!

Dan was super nice and gave us several options for our furnace replacement. Very professional yet also approachable. The installation crew was great! Very pleasant to interact with. We felt at ease and were able to trust all of them. All of them exemplified customer service. We could tell they out the customer first. They even loaned us multiple space heaters.
