    "We had a huge job for them (plumbing and HVAC installation). We met with Cade and Matt first. They answered our questions, assessed our plumbing issues and discussed our options. Very professional and considerate of our home. Cade also discussed the advantages of HVAC with us and had Gary and Jarod come and explain the details of the installation process. They were very professional, thorough and caring. The plumbing job was very difficult and complicated and some unexpected things happen. Issues were always addressed quickly and everyone always had our best interest in mind. Dan, Jake, Matt and Will worked very hard to make sure all our needs were met. They were concerned about wanting our home left whole and it was! Gary and Jarod were the HVAC installers. Jake became our "go to" person for the entire project. He should be a full-time project manager. He was very organized, kept in the loop on everything he even came and cleaned our whole house inside and out when project was done. He definitely went above and beyond in every way Oh, can't forget Matt's dog Freedom, he was also a very valued member of the team. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you Indianola Mechanical for a job well done."

    "Will arrived to diagnose the problem and give recommendations to solve our issues. Then Cade come to give us price points and options available with no pressure. He seemed genuine and just wanted to get us the right system for our needs. The very next day Conner along with another technician arrived to do the install.
